Dear customer,

At Verniprens we would like to thank all the attendees for their participation in Cevisama 2025. During the event, many of you have come to greet us and we are very satisfied with the result of the fair.

Once again, we have dedicated a lot of time, care and resources to design and set up our stand, and for this reason we celebrate the great reception and positive feedback of our visitors.

This year, instead of our traditional video-summary, we have opted for a virtual replica of our stand. Thus, both those who had the opportunity to visit us, and those who could not, will be able to walk through the space and discover our products and novelties. This online version contains “pins”, buttons on each panel/material of the stand, which will take you to its product page on our website where you will find the characteristics of each product, useful information and photos of finished installations.

Achieving the pool of your dreams is posible with the Verniprens line. This spectacular pool is crowned with our pool coping Palacio in Solaneta colour. They complet the set floor tile Maro, our blocks and wall caps. Let’s take this post as an opportunity to talk a little about each of them.

Our Floor tiles and pool coping are made of concrete. They are manufactured from high-quality aggregates., Meeting the most demanding standards. Water proof and colored in bulk, Class 3 slip resistance, ideal for pool decks and outdoor areas in general.

ADVANTAGES OF CONCRETE PAVEMENTS:

1. Resistance and Durability: their materials and special manufacturing process make them highly resistant to the passage of time and adverse weather conditions.
2. Low heat retention: Compared to other materials like porcelain, our pieces don’t scorch (light colors) or scorch significantly less (dark colors).
3. Great grip: the dreaded slips by the pool are history with our class 3 pavements and pool coping.
4. Minimal maintenance: their easy maintenance makes them a great choice for any project.

This collection is availaible in 4 different colors, and, like the rest of our pavements families, it consists of :

With the different coping pieces, pools of any imaginable shape can be created. The complementary pieces ensure continuity and harmony to the outdoor ensemble, satisfying any needs that may arise during construction.

As a result of our great experience as manufacturers, we have one of the widest offers of blocks and accessories. All of them stand out for their high performance and perfect finishes, which makes them an ideal option for the construction of both homes and fences. WALL CAPS

The wall cap is an essential complement when finishing a wall or fence. Our models stand out for their studied design aimed at greater protection of the wall: without internal armor, thus improving its resistance and eliminating possible fractures; and with a lower drip, avoiding humidity and keeping the wall clean for longer.

At Verniprens we have more than 12 different models of wall caps of different sizes, thicknesses, colors and finishes. Flat surface, single-slope, gable…consult with us to choose the option that interests you the most depending on the type of wall and the installation area.

Dieser Shop dient dem Ausbau der Vertriebsstellen unseres europäischen Netzwerks, indem er den Zugang zu unseren Produkten und deren Vertrieb im mittel- und nordeuropäischen Raum erleichtert. Das Lager wird es ermöglichen, dass Bestellungen aus Verniprens in Deutschland in ca. 7 bis 15 Tagen verfügbar sind. Es wird den Prozess der Bestellungen in unserem Werk direkt an unsere Vertriebspartner beschleunigen und es uns ermöglichen, alle Produkte mit einer hohen Rotation auf Lager zu haben. Hatten wir  das Vergnügen, Herr Stefan Speck erneut in unserer Firma  in Llocnou St. Jeroni zu begrüßen .

Herr Speck arbeitet als offizieller Vertriebspartner von Verniprens auf dem deutschen Markt , seit 20 Jahren Spezialist für Balustraden, ermutigte er uns gemeinsam, die ÜZ- Zertifizierung im Bereich Balustraden zu erlangen.

Durch diese Zertifizierung ist es gelungen eine führende Position in diesem Segment zu setzten.

Dies hat uns zu einem der führenden Unternehmen, in Bezug auf Qualitätsstandards sowie der  Kontrolle in den Fertigungsprozessen gemacht.

Dieser erneute Besuch von Herrn Speck, ist Teil eines Prozesses des gegenseitigen Lernens sowie das Austauschen  von Informationen, aus Sicht des Herstellers und dem Handel. Wieder einmal haben wir uns entschieden, weiterhin auf Innovation und Qualität zu setzten. Wir haben auch die Gelegenheit genutzt, uns aus erster Hand über die von Herrn Speck in Deutschland durchgeführten Projekte zu informieren, bei denen immer seine Professionalität und Beratung im Vordergrund steht. Der beste Beweis dafür sind die Arbeiten im renommierten Europa park. Von verniprens aus können wir uns nur bedanken, dass solche Profis wie Herr speck auf unserer Seite sind, und laden ihn ein uns in kürze wieder zu besuchen.

Yet another year we have dedicated out time, passion and means to design and install our stand and this is the reason why we celebrate the positive response from all of you that visited us. The raw materials that our products are composed of and their special manufacturing process make them suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

The new distribution of the house was based on the need to get the most out of the available space and in this way enjoy every square meter of it. The three small individual bedrooms were converted in two much more spacious ones, with large wardrobes and an en suite bathroom. A service bathroom, living room and an in-office kitchen complete the distribution. The new kitchen which is open to the living room offers a perfectly integrated common space. Thereby, the wide glass access to the porch permits us to enjoy the precious views whether we are cooking or savouring the warmth of the fireplace.

The decoration is the perfect result of the combination of a modern, clean and bold style and materials inspired in the nature surrounding the house. Wood and stone are both the protagonists. Our wall covering model Berna, installed on the spectacular fireplace and on a wall in the dining/living room, brings warmth and authenticity to the whole space. The bathrooms deserve a special mention. Here, the designer has played with the wall covering Manchester, with brick aspect, and authentic aged marble of our trademark Zeneco in order to achieve a both rustic and modern appearance at the same time.

The exterior was projected as an extension of the same style as the house. The natural materials are still the common thread that runs through it all. The swimming pool, situated in front of the house, and being slightly elevated, stands out from the land. The pool deck was made of our floor tiles Azores and the copings Canada, that matches the floor tiles. This serie, with wooden aspect, stands out for its high anti-slip properties and its high aesthetic appeal of its wood grain texture.

 

Our wall covering model Timanfaya, with its rockery aspect, has been used for the exterior walls, both those in the pool area as well as those on the parking lot and the tool shed. Like all our wall covering models, this model is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The realism of it brings the authenticity of the stone to the whole of this construction at the same time as it brings coherence and integrates perfectly the different elements in its natural context.

It is a promotion of 10 row houses built on a piece of ground with a slight slope and facades on three streets. The houses have been projected thinking on the environment and looking for the best views and orientation, to obtain as much natural light as possible. The access of each house has also the car park and a small garden area.

Using the serie Palacio and the new inverse curved coping your swimming pool can take any shape that you desire. Create any type of curves or the popular kidney shape. Design your pool without any restrictions!
