The dwelling, with 280 sqm and facing southeast is constructed on a plot of 1000 sqm. It has a spacious opening of 12 meters that connects the house with the exterior through three sliding panels that gives pleasant views both indoors and outdoors.

Both the architectonical part and the interior design were conceived as a whole and were designed jointly. This gives the house and the project a great coherence and personal style.

The dwelling has a horizontal design and one single floor divided in two blocks: on one side the living room, dining room and kitchen and on the other the bedrooms, distributed parallel to the swimming pool.

Materials

The materials that have been used both in the structural elements and in the interior design are varied. In spite of this, there is always a global coherence of the project and “adapting chromatically to the space where the elements carry out their function” is prevailing. We can see a lot of wood and reconstituted stone combined with Pladur ceilings, floors and concrete finishes. In this way, natural elements that provide warmth are combined with modern materials and “generate a vision of a solid dwelling that will last in time”.

Our wall covering Timanfaya, made of prefabricated concrete with the aspect of rocks makes the stone take the leading role in the project. In this way, the omnipresent stone combines with tones and naturalness with the wood in the pieces of furniture, doors and decorative details.

Installation

Verniprens is broadening its range of flagstone aspect decorative stones with the new model Vigo. Its style combines the realism of stone with the lightness and sophistication of the most modern architectural trends.

It fits in all project types, from the most rustic ones to contemporary ones. This model is composed by three independent pieces of different sizes that combined together create a very attractive and realistic image. It also has a special outside corner piece that meet with the possible architectural needs and contribute to create complete, uniform spaces with great authenticity. This model, as the rest of our wall coverings, is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and is noteworthy for its resistance and versatility. There are three colours available to select from in order to suit all tastes 😉.

Just like the rest of our wall claddings, this model is suitable both for indoor and outdoor use and it resists perfectly different environmental factors as it has been hydrofuged and coloured in the mass.

The white, smooth and restrained lines of the upper floor, the porch pergola and some other details combine impeccably with the texture and relief of the stone and its intense cupper colour inspired in the earth and oxide. The exterior flooring, made of natural marble, concludes this harmonic complex where nature and modernity blend.

The residential La Santa María in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua offers spectacular apartments and villas with sea views. The individual properties range from two-room apartments with private balconies to big five-room villas with infinity pools and private terraces. The total construction area is 22000 square meters.

All the constructions in this luxury residential are cladded with our model Montblanc. This product, with stone aspect, adds a touch of authenticity and warmth to the straight-lined, elegant complex, distinguishing it from the rest of the buildings at the same time as it integrates it in its spectacular natural surroundings.

Just like the rest of our wall cladding Montblanc has a whole range of special pieces that meet any architectonical needs and is suitable both for indoor and outdoor use. This particular model is available in three different colours.

Die Gemeinde Utiel (Valencia) hat uns die Estrichfläche dieses Stadtplatzes anvertraut. Das verwendete Material ist unsere Goya-Bodenfliese in Multicolor- und Graphit-Farbe. Hier zeigen wir Ihnen einen Vorher-Nachher-Vergleich und einige Detailfotos des Ergebnisses. Wir hoffen, es gefällt Ihnen!

Innerhalb der gleichen Gemeinde hatten wir das Privileg, den Gehweg auch für die Außenanlagen des städtischen Pools zu verlegen. Aufgrund ihrer guten Rutschfestigkeit ist die Goya-Fliese eine gute Wahl. Sie ist auch in drei Farben für jeden Geschmack erhältlich 😉

Tan grata visita nos ha permitido intercambiar conocimientos e impresiones y nos ha brindado la oportunidad de mostrarle nuestras últimas novedades y avances en el campo de la calidad. Verni·prens SA se encuentra en la actualidad inmersa en el desarrollo del marcado UZ y ha iniciado un DITE con Alemania para sus balaustres para potenciar las exigencias normativas en cuanto a calidad que ya contemplan nuestros productos. Estamos seguros que de esta estrecha relación comercial y de amistad seguirán surgiendo grandes proyectos que beneficiarán a ambas partes.
